Meet Barb
Barb has always had a deep passion to support + uplift others. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner, with a specific focus on Usui / Holy Fire Reiki energy and has been attuned to offer in-person, as well as distance + online energy healing. Other beautiful practices she offers to compliment Reiki energy healing include, crystal sound baths, as well as time + space to pause, slow down and get reconnected + re-balanced.

Before my virtual Reiki session I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and feeling very overwhelmed. I am a mom of five and run two businesses so my days are very busy. With all of the stress surrounding COVID, my kids going back to school, missed time with family and working on projects for my businesses, it felt like everything was weighing down on me. I was also experiencing pain in my hip that was causing me a lot of discomfort. I was looking for a way to help calm my mind and ease my pain so I turned to Reiki. After my session I felt lighter, my whole day felt smoother and I was finally able to relax. The tightness and pain I was experiencing in my body also decreased. Clearing + Healing
We deal with a lot on the regular, and we usually just keep on moving forward without giving it a second thought. But what we don’t realize, or necessarily see all the time, is how all of the days, weeks, months and years of that can weigh on us. The results of events; good + bad, traumas etc can get stuck, and just how we need to upkeep + take care of ourselves, IE: going to the dentists for teeth cleanings, exercising to stay strong, or eating good food to keep healthy, our energies as well need maintenance, and clearings.
